Irene is an outstanding realtor . After buying or selling 20-25 properties she is the best we have worked with to date . She has a high degree of integrity . Working with Irene has truly been an outstanding experience. She has helped me through every step of my difficult journey in purchasing my new home. I expected to close on my new home in October 2022. However, it was impossible to purchase a homeowner's insurance policy in the state of Florida following Hurricane Ian's landing on Sept. 28, 2023, as insurance companies would not enter into any new agreements. To compound the issue, there was an open claim against the property's current homeowner's insurance policy for a pool cage collapse caused by that hurricane; further disqualifying me from obtaining an insurance binder. Therefore, I couldn't secure a mortgage loan in spite of my excellent credit rating. There were other delays as well. The roof damage repair, upgrade of outdated plumbing, and pool cage reconstruction required permits, and then inspections to close those permits and the open insurance claim, before the county would allow the sale of the property. This seemed to drag on forever. It was a nightmare, but Irene was a wonderful support. She put me in touch with all the resources I needed and worked with all parties to extend the purchase agreement closing date several times until I was finally able to obtain an insurance binder, secure the funds from another source, and close all permits in order to purchase the property. Irene is a very conscientious and talented professional with strong ethics, and she is a genuinely thoughtful and caring person. One of these homes was mine! Irene did a great job in helping Gene, herself and my family get it fixed up and ready to go. She was right on the her recommendation and it sold on the first day! She is an amazing sister in law as well as businesswoman/realtor. She organized the closing, kept me organized and even talked me through another purchase. She is patient, super efficient💕, organized and a real champion

We haven’t had the opportunity to do business with Ms Slattery yet, but she was very helpful in providing us with information. She answered all communications in a very timely and professional manner. We hope to someday do business with her . In the meantime we plan to pass her name on to folks we know should they be looking for a realtor .
