I have purchased, built, sold, and rented out multiple properties (homes, condos) in Ohio, Vermont, and Massachusetts, including a water front condo in Boston with all of its complications. I have also dealt with commercial property realtors in business dealings. I therefore have dealt with multiple real estate people over a long period of time. Ethel is, without a doubt, the best realtor I have done business with. She is thorough, concerned to make the deal work for everyone. She understands and is on top of all aspects of the transaction. She communicates very well and insures that the facts are presented correctly and clearly. We are now close to the 'closing' and she is following through on everything. You can always reach Ethel. She returns phone calls and emails promptly. And she is pleasant and professional all the while. It's a pleasure working with her, and Harvey too. If I ever have other real estate needs in the area, I will contact Ethel. Ethel made us feel like we were one of the family ... she is as interested in finding the right condo for us as we are! We couldn't have asked for a better realtor, and will never use anyone else. Exceptional service I received from Ethel and Harvey Lovelace. During that time both Harvey and Ethel assisted me in many ways. This was important to me since I conducted most of the transaction from my home in Buffalo, NY. Their service was extraordinary and always prompt, courteous and professional. They always remained in close communication, and helped me in expediting legal matters, inspections, communications with the seller and execution of the mortgage and closing.
