Cheryl is wonderful!!! I had been looking at properties on my own for almost 3 years. I had a long checklist for my new place and all the boxes had to be checked. I was starting to wonder if it was even possible at my price range.... but Cheryl helped me find it! We were in with several other other offers but Cheryl knew exactly how to make it all happen and our dream home become a reality.
