I have never had the pleasure of working with a more professional, capable, and caring realtor as Cheryl Roberts and her teammate, Laura Rulon. This past year brought numerous challenges for my family with the passing of my stepmother and the necessary move of my father into a nursing home. The sale of their home was the smoothest transition out of a long list of transitions, and it had everything to do with Cheryl. Her wealth of knowledge regarding the local real estate market, her expansive "home help" contact list, and her "boots on the ground" approach to managing every aspect of the clearing and sale of the house was exactly what my (out of state) family needed during a very stressful time.
