A+ experience. Highly recommend. Since meeting Cheryl Siple we found her to be the most knowledgeable person in selling and buying real estate. Todd and Kathy went above and beyond our expectations in helping us purchase property in LBK. They took care of everything from ordering inspections, to getting necessary electrical work done quickly prior to closing, to helping get rid of unwanted furniture. Gregory was very knowledgeable and helpful in selling our house. He also did extra things for us such as when repair men were coming and we could not be there he met them. Also when a storm was coming, he took deck furniture in.
