My husband and I can't begin to express how wonderful Maurice and his team were while buying and selling on Siesta Key! Maurice was there helping us through both processes and made everything so much easier than we imagined. We were always informed of every showing and any possible leads while selling . Tom helped us so much find a great rental property and get rid of a bad rental property before we bought it. He also has a thorough knowledge of how to get the best price, by dealing with the opposing real estate agent. We ended up being the winners,because Tom is a winner. My experience with selling a villa with Dianne was outstanding! After my mom passed away we decided to sell her villa and took the recommendation of one of her neighbors and contacted her. Our first meeting with Dianne was pleasant and informative. She was very knowledgeable of the area and the market. We sold quickly in a rapidly changing market (interest rates up) at a price that was better than I expected considering the market dynamics. There is a bit more to this tale. The closing was scheduled out 4 months as per agreement with buyer and myself. In that 4 month period the area was visited by hurricane and a tropical storm. There was minor roof and skylight damage which is difficult to assess and find contractors to repair from the state of Maine. Dianne was all over it. She lined up a contractor who got the work done well and at a very reasonable price. We also were in need of a handyman, electrician, house cleaner at various points which Dianne was able to line up for us. All did quality work with reasonable prices. Bottom line is she has all these resources at her disposal which is a huge benefit when selling from a distance. Dianne would also check in on the villa from time to time and inspect work that was done. In a nutshell she is a godsend! Words really can't express my appreciation but thank you! Recommendation: buy or sell a house with Dianne!
