Marcy was the listing agent for a lot we were interested in purchasing. We were out-of-town buyers and had no agent of our own. We flew into Florida for just a few days and met Marcy at the lot. She knew we would have a lot of questions so she went out of her way and, with our permission, contacted a builder to meet us at the lot so we could get our questions answered. After just a few minutes, we could tell that we could count on Marcy to have our best interests at heart. Marcy has been involved in many aspects of real estate for years and is so knowledgeable. She spent the next few days with us showing us existing homes and new home developments so that we could make an informed decision on what to purchase. During those days, we got to know Marcy better. She is an amazing person and an amazing real estate agent. There was never any pressure, no "car salesman" tactics, she only wanted to help us get what we were looking for. In the end, we did purchase the lot, but then we needed some place to live in FL, so Marcy ran around for days and days doing video calls with us and showing us condos that were for sale. She was so patient with us (and I'm sure she was ready to strangle us) even though we changed our minds and the direction we wanted to go multiple times. We highly recommend Marcy and would give her 10 stars if we could. One last thing, we have also worked with the Title department at Michael Saunders and have been very satisfied and impressed with them too!!

My husband and I met Jill when we randomly walked into a real estate office without an appointment. She immediately sat down with us and took time to understand what we were looking for. She quickly booked appointments and found us the perfect condo the next day! She made the entire process seamless and enjoyable! I would definitely recommend her!

Leslie is a most exceptional professional. I have crowned her the queen of ethics, quite an honor these days. She demonstrated tireless patience with our search for a new home, listening to our needs and wants, and negotiated with seasoned professionalism. In selling our home she was confident with her advice and presentation. Her documentation, communications and follow up were consistent and timely. And her expertise in construction was applauded by the inspector as he stated she was the most knowledgeable real estate agent he had ever met with such details.
