Working collaboratively, Izzy provided the information we needed to consider a used home versus seek an all new home purchase. Along the way, Izzy’s warm personality helped us focus in key neighborhoods, golfing communities and evaluate rental and re-sale forecasts. By Christmas ‘21, we purchased our new home in Lakewood National Country Club and Izzy helped us through the construction process since we live full time in Michigan.
