We wanted to tell you how much we loved working with Kristen Srur in the selling of our previous house and buying of our new one. Kristen was so professional and easy to work with. Her knowledge of the Sarasota neighborhoods we were interested in was so helpful, she quickly knew what we were drawn to with regards to home styles and neighborhoods. Kristen is an upbeat, positive person and is so easy to talk with and to be around. We felt comfortable speaking with her frankly with what we liked and didn't like. Tony provides excellent service through all stages of the home buying process. He quickly understood our priorities and did not waste time showing us homes that didn't meet our criteria, expertly arbitrated when our opinions differed, advised smartly so that our bid won the house we wanted. His recommendations for services - home inspectors, mortgage/insurance/painters etc.- have been excellent. I look forward to celebrating when it is complete and referring friends who can have a wonderful purchasing expeience with Tony too.

Christy is an amazing advocate for her clients. She goes above and beyond to ensure the daunting process of buying a home goes as smoothly as possible. She works tirelessly to follow up on any and all outstanding items after the purchase as well. Yesterday we bought a house with Kaitlin. This is not the first our house and not the first with Kait. We have had a lot of realtors since we moved to Florida from Germany and had a lot of negative experiences. Kaitlin is a very honest and responsible person. She is one of those who puts the desires and well-being of the client above her earnings. Can you imagine such a realtor? We couldn't until we met Kaitlin. This is not my first experience engaging Maurice to sell a property. He sold my condo several years ago and helped me purchase a house. The attention to detail, knowledge of the area, understanding the client and listening skills are beyond compare. I realized just how top notch when I recently used another realtor for a transaction. A mistake I will not repeat. There is no comparison. As Maurice is now helping me sell that mistake and buy something suitable for me, I would suggest anyone looking for a real estate professional talk to Maurice before enlisting anyone else.
