I strongly recommend hiring Robin Leonardi with Michael Saunders for all of your real estate needs. Robin assisted me with a sale of my Sarasota condo. Her service, level of detail and extra care and assistance is the reason I was able to sell my property. She took care of all of the details big and small. Her attention to fine details is what helped me get my property in a condition to get maximum showings and eventually the best sale price. I will use Robin for the sale of my other property and I trust in her skills, advice and guidance on navigating the Florida real estate market. I would say that Robin provided concierge level service to assist me with my sale while I am not a local resident to Florida. Amy was absolutely amazing! She did everything we asked of her and quickly. We really didn’t have to do much of anything, really.
