Susan Katanic is by far the best realtor I have ever had. As someone who has sold 4 homes in 11 years that is really saying something. Our last house was very unique. Cork floors, contemporary kitchen, and great outside space. She marketed it high because there was nothing on the market to compare it to. It was a villa in a 55+ community. She priced it with single family homes. She had a professional photographer take photos. She told us what we could do to help sell it. It sold to the first person who looked at it. She was a great negotiator going back and forth 3 times. We ended up with more than we thought possible. Her work did not stop there. She gave us access to the home we were buying 3 times so that we could get quotes for rehab work. She showed us 20 plus homes and helped us make choices about neighborhoods with her expertise. I did not know Susan Katanic prior to her working with us. I met her at an open house where I was greatly impressed by her selling material. Susan Katanic is the best realtor we have ever had. We have bought and sold 5 homes in the Sarasota area in the last 12 years. In MA. we bought and sold together 2 homes. When Shawn was a builder on Cape Cod he built and sold dozens of homes and he has never had an agent as good and thorough as Susan. She is smart and a very good negotiator for her clients. She always does more than needs to be done. She is a professional Realtor. She sold our last home in 1 day! All because she had a plan and worked it. We also just purchased a home here in Sarasota and she worked her tail off making the deal happen! Would I recommend her for buying or selling a home? That would be a definite-- YES!!!

Having bought and sold several properties over a number of years, Susan Katanic was by far the very best. She was personable, attentive to detail, made sure that my needs and wishes were the primary focus and went the extra mile even after the closing. I cannot describe how pleasant and effective she was and is. You have to use Susan to know what a really food person and great agent she is!

I have purchased 8 homes and sold 6 homes over the last 38 years. My experience with Susan Katanic was absolutely the best experience I ever had in the sale of a home. Susan did a fantastic job of marketing our home. Everything from the professional photographer she used to the glossy pamphlet produced to the virtual tour of our home was excellent. She held several open houses in a very short period of time. She was very responsive to our needs and was considerate of our time. Due to Susan’s efforts our home sold in three weeks. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the market to either purchase a home or sell their home. Susan is the only realtor I will use in Florida to sell my home should that time come again.
