We bought a condo on Longboat Key, and it was only possible because of Sherri. Right from the exhaustive property search, property inspections, to the closing. As exhaustive this process has been, it was equally pleasant and wonderful. Her opinion was invaluable to us because of her immense local real estate knowledge, and that we couldn't be there to look at all the properties ourselves. I liked her positive "we can get it done" attitude. If it weren't for Sherri's help, I wouldn't have been able to close the deal within 2 weeks.

I am presently living in Europe, so one major concern was to work with a realtor who would communicate fully and promptly. I couldn't have been more pleased with Sherri. Her professionalism and attention to details are outstanding. Through the entire transaction process I was updated, so when the final day came there were no surprises or problems. Should another opportunity present itself for a real estate transaction for me or someone I know, Sherri would most definitely be my choice.

When we were ready to sell our parent's condo, our main concern was finding a realtor interested in selling a lower-value property. Ms. Mills' attractive website stood out from the rest. Through the entire process, she was courteous, attentive and diligent in making the sale for us. She could not have treated us any better if the property was valued at $1 million
