It was a true pleasure working with Robert on the sale of our home. He was very professional in all facets of the sale and the most efficient and knowledgeable Realtor I have met or dealt with. Roberts suggestions on pricing, staging and securing clients was on target and we were able to complete the transaction, start to finish, in about a month. When my husband Bob and I decided it was time to sell our home, we called Robert. He helped and guided us in first finding the right place to move to. He knew we were not in a position to prepare our home for sale and have showings while living there. I was adamant that I wanted to stay here in Venice, keep my friends and social life at Pelican. Rob found the perfect place for us, and our dog Rusty, at Jacaranda Trace, amenities, cost and size. So, not until we moved and got settled in our new apartment, did Rob ready our home for resale. He took care of everything with minimal interruption in our life, and our home went on the market. Unfortunately, Bob passed away a short time after we moved into our new apartment. I think Bob wanted to know that I’d be alright. Some time thereafter Rob approached me about Alan Adams, a legally blind Veteran and his young family that wanted our home. Bob was a Vet. When I heard his story I just knew that Bob would want them to have our house, that it was meant to be. We agreed on a price, timeline and conditions. Rob told me there would be many challenges to overcome. Rob laid them all out, but, he said if I was patient, he assured me that it would all work out. Well, there were challenges, Rob kept me informed all the way. He even said I could pull out at any time if it was too much, but I wouldn’t have any of it. It took a few months to get it all through, but it was worth it. My home is now sold to a wonderful and appreciative family. Rob handled all of this for both of us, tactfully and with great care and empathy. It all went through just as he said it would. I’m not sure I have the words to describe how blessed we were to have found Robert. His devotion to making sure we purchased the perfect home and price range for our family was second to none. We could not have been more satisfied with the service provided by Rob Goldman and the Michael Saunders team. Rob was on top of all the details and provided guidance that led to the speedy sale of our home at a price that met our expectations. He also took charge of getting a contractor/handyman to remediate the issues that arose during the inspection. All in all, a great job!

Even though we live in Pelican Pointe, and have known Robert Goldman for several years, this is the first time we have had the opportunity to use Rob as our Real Estate representative.
