Coming from Cape Cod, Massachusetts, my husband and I anticipated a very long search for our home in Florida; how wrong we were! Robert Goldman really LISTENED to our lengthy list of requirements and desires as we began our quest with him. On our third day of looking at houses, Robert said, "I have a house to show you which I think you will love." Within minutes of walking into this house, we knew we had found our home. I cannot stress enough how wonderful it is to work with such a consummate professional as Robert. Not only did he seem to read our minds, he also guided us through what can be an arduous experience. After negotiating with the seller to enable our purchase of the house, Robert was with us every step of the way-- from mortgage companies to inspectors to title companies--all the way to the closing, which, because of Robert, went like silk.
