Maurice and Lin did a fantastic job selling my mother's condo. The sale went through within a month of the listing date and everything went smoothly. I could not ask for a more considerate, knowledgeable & educated realtor. He listens & HEARS what i want & need!! He shows me homes that fit me!! Not just push something for the commission.
