My wife and I were very fortunate to work with Lin Dunn and Maurice Menager who ably assisted us in our successful search to find a home in Sarasota. Maurice is highly knowledgeable about the local market and each particular neighborhood in which we visited properties, which included Longboat Key, Siesta Key, the Landings, Pelican Cove and Palmer Ranch. He often assisted Lin Dunn as we continued our search for a house in Sarasota. He was particularly helpful in pointing out features of individual homes that we visited, taking care to make sure that we did not overlook some of the less obvious aspects of particular properties that we might not have noticed otherwise or given adequate consideration. His fluency in French was an advantage because my wife is a native French speaker herself. We always enjoyed working with Maurice and Lin.

My husband and I bought a condo in downtown Sarasota and then several years later upgraded to a house with Lin acting as our agent, tour guide and friend. Lin also sold our condo for us. We were new to Sarasota and Lin spent time showing us around and then taking me to different furniture stores so that I could furnish the condo. What topped everything was when we were flying in to Sarasota and to what was then an empty condo and Lin offered to order a bed for us so that we would have somewhere to sleep when we arrived. We were arriving in the evening and I brought sheets with me to make up the bed. When we got to the condo, there was the bed, fully made up with fresh sheets, new pillows, even a bed spread and skirt. Needless to say, this was service way beyond what we expected or had ever experienced before. Lin likes being helpful and will go out of his way to make everything as smooth as possible for his clients.

Lin Dunn was not even our agent when my wife and I bought our vacation rental on Siesta Key. He was the seller's agent. I was instantly impressed with his kindness and professionalism, so I asked him to manage the place for us. Lin was there for us through the good times and the hard times. He went way beyond the "call of duty" to keep things rolling smoothly. I flew out there to do some fix up work, and he was there helping me get things done. When it came time to sell the place, there was no question in my mind that I could completely trust Lin to make things happen. It was a down market at the time, but he once again came through for us. I would recommend Lin to my best friends.

I was very pleased to be able to work with Lin Dunn when purchasing our vacation home. We met with Lin and within hours had paperwork completed and we were on our way back to Wisconsin. All of the follow up was done very efficiently. Lin was quick to respond to any questions no matter what time of day and I felt he went over and above to get our closing completed and make sure I had all the information I needed in a timely manner. From the minute I met Lin at the property l felt comfortable. He is a very personable and exudes professionalism. Working with Lin and Maurice has been such a pleasure. My first real estate experience in Florida was not terrific. However, my experience with Lin and Maurice has been exceptional. They took the time to really listen to my needs and timetables while managing expectations. No pressure, no hard sell. Just a genuine desire to make such a big purchase the absolute right one for their buyer. I would certainly encourage anyone looking to buy in the Sarasota market to talk with Lin and Maurice. I would highly recommend Lin Dunn if you want a professional to sell your home . I live outside of Florida and Lin went above and beyond to make my experience of selling my Mothers home after she passed away. His personality is above any realtor that I have had any experience with. I was selling my home in St Louis Mo and buying a home in Town and Country Mo. The realtor I used in Missouri didn't keep me informed as well as Lin did in Florida.
