Three months ago I met Mr. Lin Dunn from the Siesta key office of Michael Saunders & Co. It was to be my first acquisition of a home by myself at the age of 68. To say I was nervous and a little apprehensive is an understatement.but from the very start your associate Lin Dunn was the most helpful and professional real estate agent I have ever met. Mr Dunn always made me feel totally comfortable and his kindness and knowledge of the area helped me through this process beautifully. Even after finding the right condo, the help I continued to receive from Mr. Dunn was outstanding He told me from the beginning, if I needed anything to not hesitate to call him and he would be happy to help me. Linn was great. Our first outing with him on a all rainy day was great he really paid attention to what we wanted and also showed what we thought we wanted and showed us why we didn't. The second outing and ultimate purchase was all because while he listened and heard everything we said he also heard what we didn't say and found us the place we didn't know we wanted. We couldn't be happier. Future transactions, and we plan on additional transactions, will go no place else but with Linn Thank you Linn
