I have done numerous transactions with Kristen and have been incredibly pleased with the outcomes. Kristen has always acted with the highest level of integrity. Barbara Millan is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. She was honest and forthright-no games. We felt lucky to find Barbara. Wow!, made buying a house such a breeze. Home buying can be traumatic and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. Barbara was professional and personal! She never made us feel uncomfortable and helped us every step of the way. Barbara, is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She really cares about her clients as well as the community and neighborhood she lives in. Barbara, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer, to working with the inspectors including the title company. This made it really easy to move into in less than 3 months. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars is not enough!!! Highly Recommended
