Amber was sensational! She took us to look at countless properties at a time when houses were being overbid and snatched up right and left. We made multiple offers before one stuck. Eventually, Amber was able to find a listing that was perfect for us just as it was going live, giving us the opportunity to be one of the first to tour. We bought the house and it has far exceeded our expectations. Amber was diligent and hard working. She was well versed on all of the technical issues that are involved in buying a house. Since we made multiple offers along the way, there was a lot of time involved and Amber kept up her supreme energy and optimism until we found the perfect spot. Amber was an amazing realtor! She went above and beyond to help us buy our property on Siesta Key. Amber was a great negotiator in a seller's market. She helped us identify a great house that we had potential to make our own. Since we don't live in the area, we relied upon Amber to suggest insurance agents, pool cleaners, meet workers at the property, and do a video walk thru before our closing. We have bought and sold many significant properties and Amber is the best realtor we have ever had. We would highly recommend her!
