Judy is the a gem--a rare find! Selling a property entrusted in an estate is not an easy event, especially with all beneficiary parties in three different states. However, Judy made the process appear seamless, worry-free and executable from a far. I did not have to worry about anything. In fact, we needed quite a bit of work done on the unit prior to the final sale and Judy arranged for the contractors, the billing, and saw through the entire completion of the work. Judy’s work is impeccable. As a strong and wise professional in her industry, she’s also a very kind and compassionate realtor. We had undergone this process during a very sensitive time within our family, and she made every provision to make this process as smooth as possible. I would recommend her hands down to anyone needing assistance in listing and brokering their unit, residence, or personal property.

Eileen was great. My house was on the market 1 day before we had interested buyers. It was only about 3 weeks in when we got a offer and closed on the house a month later. She was so helpful and made the whole process easy and stress free. She looked out for my best interest and was very honest. I would highly recommend her.

I could have not had a better real estate agent than Eileen. The buying process with Eileen was like clockwork. I had to work a little to get my condominium, but Eileen knew everything that was required. She offered me lots of choices after I informed her about my wish list and price range. Eileen also knew about Oxford as a community and helped me even get the names of a handyman and house cleaner. She is a Jill of all information about the town where I now live. Lastly, she is a very smart and diplomatic person. I would recommend her as a realtor to anyone.

She was very patient, kind and gentle in helping us in our decision making. She was extremely faithful until the time we finally made a decision. Eileen has excellent consistent communication skills in person, phone, text, and email. She has the necessary phone apps for property information. The vehicle she represented herself with was always clean and current. Eileen knew the area well and provided great recommendations of professional service people in the area.
