We worked with Janis when we moved to Sarasota as a young family and were very happy with the support she gave us then. Fast forward 20 years and several moves later, we were looking to buy a condo in the Sarasota area, so we contacted Janis. Janis has a fabulous knowledge of the different options in Sarasota and after hearing what we were looking for and our budget, she helped focus our search. Once we identified a property, Janis helped structure our offer to avoid prolonged bidding and to achieve success. Ron Collier, in the background, took care of all the paperwork and in ensuring that we had at least a couple of different options for closing, inspecting, home warranty, etc. Considering we purchased the property without stepping in FL the process was seamless. We were delighted by the experience and highly recommend Janis and Ron!

Deborah came prepared with good market statistics and added to that her personal touch of friendliness and genuine concern for being of the best service to me. She is very professional while being down-to-earth, listening attentively to my needs and wishes, and she had some interesting ideas about preparations and showing. I would recommend her to any seller.

Stacy is fantastic. She was able to show us only homes which met every one of our criteria. Thanks to her expert ability to filter, we found our dream home in a single weekend. She is fun to work with - a straight shooter with a no-nonsense approach coupled with an easy, cheerful personality. We loved working with her. You will too. Call her.

Kevin was awesome. He was representing the sellers but took just as much interest in us as the buyers. I would use him again in a heart beat. We became more friends than just buying a home. We appreciate it very much and all your hard work and Knowledge Kevin. Thank you ! Joel & LeeAnn Slomkowski

Ben was fantastic to work with start to finish. I had listed a commercial property with him and I wasn’t expecting to get it rented at my price but after several months of hard work he got it done. He was communicative with the new tenant and also helped with the contractor to make sure the remodel was done properly and that the tenant was pleased. He even gave me advice about how I could get the contract done. Definitely a professional
