John was great to work with. Couldn't have asked for a better fit for us, as he tried to acknowledge all the requirements and requests we, asked for, but also keeping in mind the market and area that we were looking in. After our first contract fell through, John couldn't do more for us than he did, especially knowing how disappointed we were. He was always there for us and when he couldn't, he made sure to find someone that could help, so as not to miss out on anything. There's a reason for everything, and John saw it in my expression when I first walked in the house we eventually purchased. I loved the house! We couldn't be happier than to have John by our side during our purchase of our new home.

We just completed a very busy month working with Janis and Ron Collier. I would highly recommend using Michael Saunders & Company as your Real Estate broker and more specifically Debbie Daviadoff as your realtor agent. She did a great job for us in helping to facilitate our deal. She was very friendly and professional and provided help when and where we needed it. She has a lot of experience and knows the Sarasota market very well. If you are in the market to buy or even sell your property, I would suggest you give her a call and see how she can help you; you won't be disappointed.

Tina was the best thing that happened to us when we decided to move to Lakewood Ranch. During our first visit she took the time to really show us around the area. She assessed our needs quickly and matched us to the right properties. Not only did we get the house we wanted, but we had fun in the process. How often can you say that? We were Referred to John Burkholder from good Friends who purchased a home on Manasota Key. John was very good at information he provided for us to review. In the beginning of our search, homes were all different styles and price ranges. But in the end, this proved valuable because our purchase was out of our envelope we gave John to work with. John was always in communication and available for calls or text the whole time and again, valuable because we are out if state buyers. The market conditions in our area was a sellers’ market, John was able to stay calm and steady and pressed on after each home was gone with days after our interest of that home. An absolute pleasure meeting and working with Becky. I was sometimes wondering if she ever slept or rested as we had emails and texts from her at all hours!
