Tom was excellent! He worked so hard for us, keeping us informed along the way. He really looked out for us with this experience and I so appreciate that as I do not live in Florida. We trusted him and he came through 150%, protecting us from the unknown. He is so intelligent with his relator experience and he even discovered things that the other realtor missed. I just finished a purchase transaction with Anita and she did an amazing job. Anita would call or email me everyday with updates. We had a very challenging transaction because it was owed by an estate and many people where decision makers in the family. She represented the buyer but provided many items to sellers family members to help get the loan to the table. I can share that the 30 plus years I have been in industry her focus on details to provide what was needed to sellers was the reason the loan closed. Karin was great. From the beginning she listened to us. When we weren’t seeing what we wanted she searched on the spot and within an hour we were in the house we wanted. She was very informative and had all the answers to our questions. If she didn’t, she always got back to us after she researched. We highly recommend Karin as a real estate agent.
