We found Brooke while looking on some sites for a second home in Longboat Key.She was quick in responding to our questions and she found a bunch of homes for us to look at. After the second time out with her and her husband Andy they showed us a home that they knew we would fall in love with and we did. The house is beautiful, it’s right where we wanted to live along with all the amenities we desired. With her, we made an offer that they knew would move the seller to accept.From beginning to end the entire process was seamless. I recommend Brooke and Andy to anyone looking for a home on the gulf side of central/southern Florida.They are the best, hands down.
