After retirement we made the decision to relocate to Florida. We first had to find a location to fit our lifestyle. Stuart was wonderful to work with and made the house hunting experience more enjoyable than we ever anticipated. Laura and Stuart are a great team and take the time to get to know their clients so they understand their likes and dislikes and apply that information to finding them the perfect house. They know the area well and to us that was important because they explained the differences between the many developments that the area had to offer. As remote buyers Laura took the time to visit our property weekly throughout the construction process to keep us informed of the progress. We would not hesitate to use them again if we decide to purchase another property in the area.

Working with Laura and Stuart was such a pleasure! We chose them as our buying agent as they truly took an sincere interest in finding us a home that satisfied all our wants and needs. Laura even took the time to spend an entire "education day" to visit different areas and communities with us to get a feel for the market and the areas we were interested in. Throughout the process, their communication was excellent and very timely. Stuart's fine-tuned negotiation skills and Laura's attention to detail helped us get a very fair deal on our home and they both made the process seamless and less stressful. They were with us every step of the way and made us feel very comfortable reaching out to them with any issues or questions no matter how insignificant they might have seemed. They far exceeded our expectations professionally and in the end we ended up with not only fantastic real estate agents but also now consider them friends.
