At the end of December, my husband and I were in Sarasota looking at a host of different communities for a two bedroom vacation condo. Although we had never visited the Lakewood Ranch area, we thought we'd look around there. After meeting with representatives at Lakewood National, we immediately fell in love with it, but wanted to see a few other places just to be sure. We walked into the Michael Saunders office in Lakewood Ranch and asked to speak with someone about the area. Although we did not have an appointment, they were happy to speak with us. We met with Stuart Lawrence and he gave us a great deal of feedback on the area and based on what our interests, he said he would email us a few places to drive by and if anything was of interest to let him know. By the time we got to our car, we had an email with several properties that fit our wish list. After seeing a few, we noticed there were two were located in LW National where we had looked earlier in the day on our own. Stuart was able to have his partner (wife) Laura meet us later that day to show us the units. One of which was the one we had seen earlier with the builders real estate rep., after some discussion we decided to purchase the first unit we saw. Since we were dealing with Laura and Stuart they became our realtors and helped guide us through the purchase process. A very valuable piece of advice they gave us was to hire an outside home inspector which was very helpful. Laura and Stuart are very professional and knowledgeable of not just the Lakewood Ranch communities but many communities in Sarasota. We loved working with them and would totally recommend them to anyone looking for a new home in the LWR / Sarasota area.

Stuart and Laura are both highly knowledgeable and professional, and we were fortunate to meet them, and to have them advise us and show us properties. Although we did not find the “right” house this time, we will be sure to contact them on our next visit, when we hope to renew our search,

We were impressed with our first meeting with Stuart Lawrence and his team. They were very professional and caring. The pictures that were taken of our home were excellent. They made every showing and the numerous open houses easy and convenient for us. The sale of our home worked out perfectly. Since everything worked out so well with the sale of our home we decided to also use the team for our purchase. They knew what we were looking for and they led us to our new home with ease. Any question we had was instantly answered. Stuart is a wonderful negotiator and helped us find the perfect home at a fair price. We could not have been happier. We would 100% recommend.

Thanks for being you. Last night we opened that lovely bottle of bubbly you'd given us and were startled to find ourselves laughing for the sheer fun of it for the first time since coming here! Laura, you have a way of calming people down under difficult circumstances. It's a gift. Please know it's been much appreciated. Soon we'll be sitting in our new living room toasting you and Stuart and JJ. We're so looking forward to that.
