We just bought our first home thanks to Philip! He did such a wonderful job from the beginning, we were very lost about the process and he explained everything clearly and patiently. He was very transparent with everything and the whole time we felt we were working with someone we trust. We got the chance to look at many homes and get all the information until we found the one, and he made sure we did everything in a way that would secure us the best deal. His guidance made the process so smooth and we can’t recommend him enough!

I have been working with agent Phil Pisano for the past year while in-search for a home in Sarasota. My wife and I live in Boston and purchased a second home, so much of our communication was through phone and email. Phil was an absolute pleasure to work with. He truly went above and beyond giving advice on different areas around the City, FaceTime’ing different showings, check out the property for us, making himself incredibly available AND flexible when we traveled down from Boston and then regularly communicating throughout the entire project on the townhouse we selected that took several months to get built. I can appreciate that there is a lot of work for an agent before a house even gets selected let-alone closes. I truly believe Phil listened to what we wanted and put our interests as top priority while selecting a home that fits our needs in an area that was perfect. Phil visited us and has checked in post-closing reinforcing his genuine commitment to his client relationships and professionalism. Just closed on our house today and could not have done it without Philip. Being first time homebuyers, we did not know what to expect, Philip was not only patient with us, but extremely informative. He was always quick to respond to texts, emails and phone calls and genuinely cared about our “mental well-being “ throughout the entire process. Just having him around, whether it was doing a walkthrough, dealing with the loan process or signing off at closing, he always put us at ease. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.
