We met Philip more than a year ago prior to our relocation to Sarasota, Florida. Although our relocation was delayed, Philip kept us informed of available properties within our criteria. Once we completed the relocation we sat with Philip and outlined a strategy. We touched on 70 properties in about a six week time frame including basic inquiry to making an offer. At no time did Philip allow us to become discouraged! He kept up our spirits and reinforced that we have not yet located the right property. And he was right; the property we found was love at first sight! From offer to contract to closing there was not a single bit of confusion or anything that caused us concern. We are a Michigan based couple who recently engaged the help of Philip to look for a specific high end waterfront property in Sarasota. We have owned many homes over our lives and dealt with many real estate agents. Through many experiences my view of agents was politely not of the highest regard. That is until we collaborated with Philip. He made a nerve-racking experience extremely calming with his very organized and detailed approach to our search. After patiently and methodically showing us properties we finally became interested in a waterfront condo that met our requirements. As a previous business owner I am very detail oriented individual. Some would say a pain in the a**. Philip not only answered all my questions but also contacted condo management personnel and even sought out current residents to investigate my questions and concerns. He even took a picture of a bike rack in the garage when I was worried if there was enough bike storage capability. Bottom line if you’re interested in Sarasota real estate and do not want your average run-of-the-mill real estate agent this is your guy !!!!

Beyond Expectations Philip was a pleasure to work with. Through each phase of the process, Philip was calm, confident, helpful, and honest. Hands down Philip is the absolute best realtor I have ever dealt with. I have bought 5 homes in my life and my wife has owned two and hands down he is the best. He went way past the extra mile for us and made sure we knew what he knew the whole way. My son is buying a condo and is going to work with Philip to find the perfect one. I had the good fortune to meet Phil Pisano in February 2019. At that time, I was interested in housing costs in the Venice/Nokomis area. He took my information and sent me listings that met my criteria. He sent me a note about six months later to just check in and let me know he was available whenever I was ready. In October, I became aware of a house that met most of my criteria. The listing agent wanted to represent the seller and me. I knew I needed someone In my corner, so I contacted Phil. Phil was there for me when I viewed the home, during the home inspection when I couldn’t be there and the follow up inspection. He was always willing to take my call or promptly returned my calls. He even answered my call when he was at an accident scene involving his mother and another driver. His knowledge of the area and what to expect made this process seamless. He quickly became one of my favorites. Thank you Phil for everything you helped me with and I look forward to meeting up again!

When we first walked in Philip’s office almost two years ago, we knew he was the one who was going to find us a perfect retirement home. His positive attitude and sense of humor made the whole process an enjoyable experience for us. He provided us with an overview of the many neighborhoods in Sarasota, highlighting those neighborhoods which were suited to our needs and preferences. During the process, he remained actively in contact with us, sending us listings and information about each potential home. When we asked him for information regarding a specific listing, in a matter of minutes we had the information in our hands. In the end, he found the perfect home for our family. He is a great realtor and we will continue to refer our family and friends to Philip because of his knowledge of the Sarasota area, his thoughtfulness in understanding individual preferences, his patience in finding a perfect home, his flexibility in always being available, and his diligence in ensuring everything was in order prior to the closing. Philip’s attentiveness to our desires and his optimistic spirit made our times with him both productive and pleasant. He seems to have understood what we really wanted and needed and how to get it better than we did! Our time over these past years with Philip as our agent has been an exceedingly positive one. From the moment we met Philip at an open house we knew he was the realtor for us. For the better part of a year he helped us research and strategize about our future home. When we found “the” house, he helped us wrangle the right resources and advocate for us right up until the deal fell through.
