I have purchased several homes in New Jersey and Florida and I can say without exception that Pamela Wall is the best realtor that has ever represented me. Pamela's knowledge of the current real estate market combined with her follow up skills and urgency to promptly address any concerns as well as her attention to the smallest detail in the transaction was remarkable to observe. Pamela is a good communicator, excellent listener, honest and straightforward, quite delightful and responsive to work with. She is patient and very understanding of what it takes to find that perfect home. These qualities, in my experience, are infrequently found in most real estate agents and I have been involved in many transactions before discovering Pamela Wall. Pam has handled two sales for me in the last 5 years, and I would not think of calling anyone else. No one in the real estate business works as diligently or is as committed to to their clients as Pam. Not only would I recommend her but I would urge any prospective buyer/seller to contact her.

She is the BEST! She was the most helpful broker we have EVER url removed GOES OUT OF HER WAY TO SEE THAT YOU FIND THE HOME YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. She also got us in with the right Insurance people not just for our house but cars also. She was honest with us on many issues that came up. We love her,she is the greatest! Everything went smooth as clock work with the buying of our house. In fact she works to hard because she leaves no time for herself just others. Any company would be blessed to have her. She is a 10 star realator.

Pam Wall has assisted me, in selling and purchasing properties. She is the only agent, I will work with. She works tirelessly and puts a tremendous amount effort into each transaction. There was very little for me to do, at all. She is extremely efficient with contracts and up-to-date with all facets of closing a deal. Seemingly she works 24/7 as we had conversations and shared e-mails all hours of the day and all days of the week. She spent many hours covering for us there with inspections, installations, seller repair issues and a host of time consuming items. Pam far exceeded our expectations! We have been vacationing to the Sarasota area for ages and have known that we wanted to move to area when our youngest went away to college.We ran into Pam at an open house about a year and a half ago during a visit, and Pam was so accommodating, answering all our questions. So when it came time to move, we called Pam. She did not let us down. She worked tirelessly to find us that perfect home. She walked us through the process, always ready to answer questions or put out fires! It has been an absolute pleasure, and we also consider her a friend.
