We were non-residents trying to sell my mother's home. Mark was a Godsend. He came to the home and conducted an extensive on site evaluation. Within a few days he had produced an extensive market analysis showing us the comparable properties and prices in our area. He recommended the best price to sell the home for a timely sale. Throughout the selling process Mark was an invaluable resource for us every step of the way. He recommended various trade people to help us in cleaning out, painting, repairing, carpeting, and staging to make our home look its best. He was always there to answer our questions and help us to get our property sold. He also performed an extensive marketing campaign to show our home to the widest audience. We signed papers, left the state and escrow closed without a hitch, in 30 days. Even though we were out of state, everything was handled professionally, with great attention to detail and we never had to worry about a thing. Mark was terrific!
