Marcy Davis is the best. I’ve referred her to several people and they too were impressed with the way she handles every detail and keeps you up to date with every new action. Marcy has been by my side when I purchased a house and when I sold one and in both cases she couldn’t have been more professional. As I said Marcy Davis is the best!!

We are a retired military family and have moved a lot and bought/sold several homes. Marcy was by far the best agent we've ever had! We moved to Florida from Missouri at a time when it was nearly impossible to find a home, especially with a VA loan, and Marcy made this happen. She had such amazing positive energy and a grasp on the real estate market unlike we've ever seen. We honestly don't believe we would have a our new home if it weren't for her superb customer service and commitment to us. She is truly one-of-a-kind and you cannot go wrong with using her.

Marcy was wonderful to work with! We live out of state and needed someone who could be our representative in Florida. It's taken me a few months to write this, as I was researching more words to use for exceptional, extraordinary, professional, knowledgeable, cultured, funny, poised, cool headed, witty - I just can't stop!! My husband met Marcy in March on his real estate scouting trip, and in April we both flew to Florida. The intent was for me to meet Marcy, and if we "clicked", we would proceed with using her as our realtor and begin a casual search for homes. She surpassed every expectation I've ever had of a realtor. Marcy is SO AMAZING, our casual search to get to know neighborhoods and areas (we are from North Dakota) turned into an offer being written five hours later. That was in April - Marcy responded quickly to all of our questions, and followed through with every detail - even past closing!! I have never had such a great experience - and we've bought and sold plenty in the past 15 years. We absolutely LOVE the home we purchased, and can't wait to become FloriDakotans. Marcy was awesome to work with and she helped us find our beautiful Florida condo! Initially we were looking in a different part of Florida before redirecting our search to Punta Gorda Isles (PGI). Our original realtor was not able to show us the PGI properties in the timeframe we required so he linked us up with Marcy. She worked diligently to schedule our viewings that same morning and follow-up the next day for second-looks before we were flying back to Michigan. Marcy was fantastic throughout the entire process! She was extremely organized, thorough, very well-versed on the market, and extremely personable. Marcy maintained excellent and timely communication from start to finish too. Hands down, Marcy is deserving of a 5 star rating!! We would definitely refer family and friends to Marcy!

Marcy was the best agent we could have hoped for. She is obviously very knowledgeable and experienced. We had a little bit of an unusual situation and she went out of her way to answer all of our questions.. Throughout the process she was in touch with any updates and just checking in to make sure we were ok. I consider her a friend and would recommend Marcy to anyone looking to buy a home.
