Kathy has been the best realtor we have ever worked with. We cannot say enough good things about her. Over the years we have bought and sold 5 homes and we have never had a realtor who has been as patient, compassionate, thorough and as helpful overall throughout the process as Kathy. Kathy will show a client as many units as they want to see for comparison, and the same unit as many times as needed so that the buyer is completely sure and confident in their choice. She takes the time to review everything carefully and makes the process so easy. She takes care of everything that she can on her end so as to minimize any tasks for the client. She is very knowledgeable about Longboat Key area and offers many helpful information and tips. She is also fun, friendly, and a joy to work with. We wanted to take a moment to let you know how much we enjoyed working with Kathy, she did an amazing job with the marketing and selling of our home at 581 Birdie Lane! She priced it and sold it for more than we thought was ever possible. She was very good at communicating with us at every stage of the process and aggressive at making sure that we did everything that we needed to do as sellers. She was great at pushing everything along but in a good positive way. She had a contract in just a few days at full price and with a cash backup offer! The whole process went very smoothly and was very quick. Your company has a great reputation and in our opinion, Realtors like Kathy are one of the reasons why! My husband and I decided we would like to try something a little different for the winter and head south. Rodney and I loved Siesta Key, Longboat Key and the Sarasota area. Luckily, we happened to drive by the Michael Saunders & Company Longboat Key office and just decided to turn in even though we were looking for a rental. This is where I feel Kathy was our “Little Angel”. Kathy found the perfect condo for us! She negotiated price and everything we needed to complete the lease. This is our “Happy Ever After” ending. We loved Longboat Key! We played tennis, rode bikes, enjoyed restaurants and all the things that the area has to offer. Kathy kept in touch during our visit. We decided this was a special place and we needed to come back. Kathy showed us many properties and finally, the right condo with the most awesome view came on the market! We made a couple of trips back to Florida. Rodney and I are so happy to have our “Little home with the view”. It’s all because of Kathy Callahan. Kathy goes beyond her job description. Not only was she a wonderful realtor for us, I feel like I have a special friend. It was a true blessing turning into Michael Saunders & Company and being greeted by Kathy.

We spent a week traveling and while in Tampa I told my husband I think we need to go back to Sarasota. Rodney and I loved Siesta Key, Longboat Key, and the Sarasota area. So we headed back. She happened to be working around the front desk and offered to help. Even though she is in sales she said she would be glad to take our information and pass it on to your rental person. We left with a Michael Saunders folder, a few places to ride by, and a promise she would be back in touch. From this point, Kathy made it her mission to find us a home for the winter. She called me the next day and found out we had started back to North Carolina. Kathy said I will look into a few places for you. My husband and I purchased a condominium in Sarasota in March. Kathy Callahan was our agent and she was excellent! She went over and above and walked us through every step of the process. It was such a pleasure working with Kathy!! We met her at an Open House that she was doing, and she followed up with an email. We weren't sure what exactly we were looking for, but she asked questions to help get a feel for what we wanted and she listened to what we had to say. She was tireless and showed us several properties in our short time-span. Once we settled on a property she was with us every step of the way! She has gone over and above and has exceeded my expectations!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her!!!
