Janet was great! Exemplary! We admit our criteria for a home was nearly impossible to find. Janet worked very hard to find a perfect place, expand our knowledge of the current market, and show us homes we might consider. We met Janet at an open house and liked her style immediately. Professional but warm and pleasant . Knew the area well and gave us lots of info. She has always responded quickly to any questions we had. My husband and I feel comfortable dealing with her.

Janet has been a wonderful Real Estate Agent. She went above and beyond to get me what I needed and to help with all the bits and pieces to get this place closed. She is warm and personable and you soon feel as if you have known her forever. I believe her to be very aware of the the current market and the specific developments. Janet went above and beyond the call of duty to help my husband and myself determine the best possible living situation in a State that offers a myriad of choices. She asked pertinent questions that focused on issues that would be important to buying a home in the State of Florida. In addition, Janet was very informative about the areas we were looking in and if she didn't have an immediate answer to a question, she provided the information in a timely manner.
