I am a Canadian investor and have not recommended a realtor in the past, but Beth Ann McFadyen's dedication, persistence, fairness, sincerity and attention to detail were exceptional and very satisfying. Will I use her again, certainly and will I recommend her for Sarasota (Florida) real-estate transaction, definitely.
