Our condo, at 7907 St. Simons Street, University Park, FL., is the second property that we listed and sold with Michael Saunders & Company, whom we consider to be the premier company in the area. Equally of importance to us is our agent, Beth Ann Boyer, who actively worked on the sale of our previous residence and thus the reason for listing with her on this home. She is a dedicated and thorough agent in all aspects of the listing and selling process, always going that extra mile! We first visited the Sarasota area in 2015. We fell in love with the area and knew we wanted to spend more time on the west coast. We are both avid golfers and tennis players and happened to play golf at University Park. We thought that may be a great place to buy a house in the future. We rented in the park in 2016 for 3 months. We loved it. That’s when we decided to start looking at houses and find a realtor. Well, one day we were driving around the park and we saw a woman come walking out of a house we thought was for sale. We stopped, said hello, and introduced ourselves to Beth Ann! We rented for 3 months in 2017 and Beth Ann stayed in touch. As Paula and I moved from casual lookers to buyers, Beth Ann was always there to help us. She kept suggesting homes that suited our style, kept an active portal of choices for us to look at, and ultimately presented a house during one of our ‘conference calls’ in the fall of 2018 as we were preparing for another winter at the Park. Paula and I flew down to Sarasota in October and purchased our home! Now, why the long story: Beth Ann supported us every step of the way. She guided us through the process, as our trusted advisor, and we consider her our friend. You are lucky to have Beth Ann representing your company!

Beth Ann is a true professional, she was great was very patient as I was very picky.She showed us many different properties, showed us around the areas where the properties where nothing was a problem with Beth Ann. She was there at the closing and still keeps in touch . Nothing we asked of her was an issue. Would definitely recommend her.She is an asset to Michael Saunders

We met and were impressed by Beth Ann on-line and by phone, but she was even better in person. She was always thoroughly professional, a pleasure to get along with, attentive to our wishes and she followed through on every last little detail of our transaction. As she advertises, she was there after the closing , too, and she continues to be a good resource and ally after several months have past. We can only say "thank you very much" and heartily recommend Beth Ann for any residential real estate needs you may have in the Sarasota/Bradenton area.

My biggest fear with any real estate agent (right or wrong) is greed and that they may really care about just one thing....a commission check. Well, Beth Ann Boyer definitely changed our perspective on that! How refreshing to find an agent that not only cares, but definitely looks out for your best interest and puts hers aside. Her attention to detail and list of industry contacts made the entire process a breeze. She never once let our home be seen without personally being there and also present during any vendor or inspection visit. We are now satisfied clients but more importantly consider ourselves friends. Don’t hesitate to trust Beth Ann with your home whether buying or selling!

Beth Ann Boyer redefines the meaning of the words "follow-through." After a year of working with another realtor who was a wealth of bad information Beth Ann brought her communication skills to the party. Often communicating via text, my questions were answered in minutes and always with a depth of information beyond my expectations. Her ability to sense our frustration and work to make the selling process as smooth as possible was remarkable. We love working with her and recommend her to anybody selling a home. She stays on top of every question and issue making the selling process as smooth as possible. While it was great to work with Nancy and Beth Ann, there's more to this story than just the sales side. In the process they both became our friends, and in fact were just at our home this past week for lunch. When the day comes that we sell this house, it'll be a listing with your office again. Also, one more observation, Jennifer Crawford in the title group made this the smoothest closing I've ever been through. Plus, we had overpaid on the real estate taxes - nobody's fault, just a function on the timing. We had a check from her within 24 hours of the okay from Manatee County. No chasing, no hassle and another amazing quality of the team you've put together!
