My favorite place , wherever I have lived, has always been in the garden.I have cultivated and curated my present gardens over the 14 years I have lived here. Some of my plants that attract a myriad of butterflies are milkweed, lantana, and penta. I have orchids growing in the base of a palm tree, and Bird of Paradise tree, as well as ground orchids. There is a beautiful pink crape myrtle tree on the side of the house with a cardinal's nest in it. The cardinals return each year to raise their young, and I can watch them out my guest bath window! Some of my other plants are two gardenias, a dwarf meyer lemon tree, three native rose bushes, two pagoda plants, crotons, a gold mound, and a pineapple plant. My herb garden contains mint, Thai basil, sweet basil, sage, rosemary, tarragon and chive. My garden is a feast for the senses! The preserve in the back of the house affords great privacy for me and for the abundant wildlife. There are all kinds of song birds and owls that call to each other at night. It is truly a wonderful, quiet, peaceful place to live.

Robert was an excellent choice for listing our Venice beachfront condo. He was very professional and enjoyable to do business with. The condo closed within 2 1/2 months of listing with him. We never had to go down to Venice to handle the transaction Robert staged it, got the photographer, listed it, and negotiated the sale. We have nicknamed him "The Closer" Thanks Robert:)

Robert Goldman walked us through each stage of the sale. He helped with staging, made suggestions to make our home ready to sell at a reasonable price. We would recommend Mr Goldman because he was available, honest, professional and friendly.

I was impressed with how Rob helped us to solidify our preferences while he located several properties. Rob was very knowledgeable about the market to help us prepare a competitive offer, and he negotiated excellent terms on our behalf. One year later, I decided to search for a larger condo, and without hesitation, I called Rob. He helped us prepare an offer and successfully negotiated a sale. Rob went above and beyond in helping to allow us to close in two weeks. I listed our original property, and he quickly negotiated a very attractive deal, accomplishing the sale in a week, at more than a 20% gain in just one year. When my wife and I decided to sell our unit in Pelican Pointe, we made a decision to go with Robert Goldman of Michael Saunders & Co. based on his initial presentation and the knowledge he exhibited of the present day Real Estate market in our area.
