Selling our property with Linda and her partner was a great experience. After our initial meeting, we knew she was the realtor we wanted to market our home -- professional, detail-oriented, personable, with an excellent track record. They made sure every detail was attended to and the results showed -- the house sold in 3 weeks! The marketing materials were beautiful and every showing was scheduled with our realtor present so questions could be answered on the spot. At closing, I was presented with the most thoughtful gift, a beautiful painting of our dog, which Linda, a wonderful artist, painted herself! We loved it! Linda would definitely be my first choice should I need a realtor at any time in the future.

I interviewed 3 highly recommended realtors to sell my home. I chose Linda because she had the experience and most importantly enthusiasm I was looking for. We had several choices of Real Estate agents to work with for the sale of our home in University Park Country Club, and we chose to contact Linda Driggs. We met Linda shortly after moving to Florida and we were impressed not only with her professionalism but the fact that she took time to stopped buy our home to introduced herself and offered her services for the future. Linda was instrumental in helping us find our home in Sarasota in 2015, we moved from Boston and did not know the area well. Linda took us everywhere we were interested in and helped us narrow down our choices to what what right for our family. She negotiated well and we got a great price. Recently, we had to unexpectedly move to Michigan after only 2 years in our new home for an excellent career opportunity. We enlisted Linda to help us sell the same house we bought working with her, and for the sale Linda and Chantelle Hidalgo (Linda’s fantastic assistant) helped us every step of the way. We had to move to Michigan before the house went on the market so that was a stressful process and they were both there for us every step of the way. Linda and Chantelle helped us handle any complications or repairs that needed to be done while we were far away and that is true professionalism and commitment. We are so happy Linda negotiated quite well with the buyers and our house sold.

My husband and I were looking for a realtor who would work hard to sell our house that had already been on the market for a year. We found that in Linda Driggs. At our first meeting she came prepared with a market analysis and specific recommendations for what we needed to do and what she would do to get our house sold. Throughout the 6 months it took her and her awesome assistant, Chantelle, to sell the house, with a number of unforeseen problems with the house to be solved along the way, Linda never lost her positive, focused attitude and kept us positive and focused as well. Linda and Chantelle kept us up-to-date on showings and feedback, and exceeded our expectations in the support and help they provided.
