My husband John joined a group of runners Linda ran with and next thing we knew Linda became our friend and she made sure that we became part of the running community. In the past few months she represented us in the sale of our home and the purchase of our new condo. As a Buyer’s Agent, Linda goes through great lengths to determine likes, dislikes, neighborhood preferences and predetermined price priorities etc. Using this knowledge she shows only properties that fit making the difficult process of buying a home easier and faster. This time was no exception as we found a condo under construction on the bay with sunset views unparalleled! As a Seller’s Agent, her expertise in the value and pricing of property ensures that the property does not stay on the market for too long. Prior to listing the property, her professional opinions, as well as recommendations for the people she has used in the past for staging and creating beautiful photography, tour and brochures are right on! This time the property was listed on a Monday, shown twice on Tuesday and we had an offer on Thursday, closing three months later. Linda Driggs was an excellent realtor for our home search in Sarasota. We were relocating from Tampa and were not familiar with the area. Linda spent time educating us about all of our options in regards to neighborhoods and the current Sarasota market. We ultimately ended up downtown Sarasota and could not be happier with our choice. Selling our property with Linda was exactly what I hoped and expected from a top agent – pure professionalism with promised and delivered high expectations. We had been listed on the market with a previous agent and was very disappointed. When I met Linda, I felt I finally chose the team I was looking for in the beginning. Although I had some worry about being let down again, Linda didn’t disappoint and surpassed all my expectations.
