Cheryl handled our real estate transaction in a professional manner. We contacted Cheryl after seeing her listings on-line. It was great working with Cheryl. She was exceptional and worked within our time frame. We were only in town for 3 days and she spent all 3 days with us. She worked with us before we arrived by sending photo's and checking on properties that we gave her. We would recommend her for anyone looking for a new home.

Regardless of the time or day she was always available at my service. I was in a strict time constraint and I needed to relocate from Brevard County to Manatee County all within 90 days. As long time visitors to the Sarasota/Bradenton area we finally decided to purchase a winter home in the area in 2012.
