When we think of Cheryl "AMAZING" is the best word that would describe her. We have worked with many realtors in the past but none of them can compare to Cheryl. Cheryl is not only extremely knowledgeable in her field but she is also very kind, patient, helpful, and honest. She doesn't try to sell you just any home to make a sale. She works closely with you to find the perfect home that fits your budget and lifestyle. We worked so closely with Cheryl that when we finally found our home, it was sad to depart from her. She became a part of family. We spent many evenings after work, on the weekends, and even during the holidays together looking at homes. She always made herself available. We were always able to get a hold of her either mornings, nights, weekends, or holidays. Not only that, but being at work all day long, it was hard for us to try to get things done. Cheryl was there to assist us with whatever we needed ( getting the paperwork to the lenders, researching roofing companies, setting up inspection, etc...). I can't recall my previous realtors going out of their way like Cheryl. Cheryl even drove to our offices and our son's soccer field to get some paperwork signed because we couldn't get to her. We just love Cheryl and we're sure you will too!

After being in Florida for a couple of years, we found an area that we wanted to live in. Since we had such a great experience with Cheryl on our relocation to Florida, there was no one else we wanted to work with again. Cheryl was so great to work with again. She is patient and puts a lot into finding you a home. Our move had a lot going on with it. We hadn't listed our current house to sell, we choose a For Sale by Owner, multiple closings within 24hrs and mishaps with our moving company. Cheryl was with us the entire day on moving day to make sure everything went well. She is top notch and if we move again, she will be our choice. Thank you Cheryl for all you did in helping us.

Cheryl Roberts was amazing as our realtor. She is a very good listener but was intuitive in knowing what our desires were. She also had a keen knowledge of what was available in our area. Cheryl was amazing. We were new to the area with limited time to shop, buy and move in. She was so helpful and professional. The first house we looked at was the house we bought, but I insisted at looking at another 20 or so to be sure. Cheryl was so gracious through it all. We love our home and Cheryl helped us with everything! We literally could not have done it without her!

Cheryl has been very helpful in our search. She takes time to point out comparisons, cost per square foot, insurance issues, neighborhood etc. very prompt and accomadating. I would highly recommend her to both buyers and sellers.
