Relocating is a big deal. After looking at houses online, I contacted several realtors connected to some houses of interest, and Tony was the ONLY one that responded promptly. He introduced himself (via email) with such pride and gusto, that I was immediately drawn to his friendly and personable style. He knows the areas I am interested in, and advised me to broaden my search, while he continues to send me listings that are appropriate to my needs and style. Looking forward to buying our Sarasota home withe the help of Tony.

Tony went above and beyond the call of duty to address a major obstacle in the sale of homes in our neighborhood. Through his efforts, we were able to over come a problematic homeowner that has been hindered the sale of not only his listing but others in our neighborhood. Thanks again for a job well done.

We bought our home back in 2014. Tony was great in selecting homes that we would be interested in. It was always a great day when we went looking. He knows Sarasota in and out. If I suggested an area, he would check to see it anything was available. Overall, he is a great guy and a great agent.

Tony was so easy to work with. I happen to like to search for properties online and he never had an issue with anything I wanted to view in person even if it was well below my maximum budget. I ended up buying a place through an online auction and Tony was right there every step of the way even at each bid. He also guided me to a local attorney for use as my closing agent since this was a foreclosure property and that made me feel much more comfortable in the process and it really cost no more than a standard closing through a title company. He even offered the name of a local contractor for remodeling work on my purchase who was just as nice. So, when I go to purchase or sell anything else in the area my first contact will be with Tony.

I've worked with Tony for about 3 years now. His knowledge of the Sarasota area is endless. More importantly, in my particular case, he has been patient to the point of sainthood. I am 50+ single woman suffering from Lupus who always seems to find herself in something unexpected which then affects her plans to relocate to Sarasota. Tony and I have been to the point of signed contracts, inspections done, buying some of the furniture of the previous owner, etc. when....oops it happened again. I have had to walk away from the property. Tony remains my professional realtor always willing to advise me again whenever I am ready. Integrity, Honesty, and Knowledge. What more could you ask for in a realtor?

Tony is always a pleasure to work with and is very knowledgeable in every area of his profession. What you don't see in all agents is something he possesses to the highest level, he genuinely cares about each of his clients and meeting their needs. It is not about making the sale it is about providing them with what they are looking for and then seeing the process through to the end. Selling or purchasing a property can be stressful, Tony knows this and is an advocate for his clients.
