I have been working with Tony Boothby since February of 2015. As a soon-to-be-retiree living in Connecticut, who is interested in relocating to Florida’s southern Gulf Coast, Tony has been more than helpful in guiding me through Sarasota’s real estate options. During a recent visit, (that unfortunately had a time restraint) he took my wife and me on a mini-tour of the area and also provided us with a showing of some available homes he felt, from our conversations in the past months, would be to our liking and in our price range. He also provides us, on a daily basis, with a listings portal of currently on-the-market homes that is beyond helpful. I will continue working with Tony, and when we leave the Northeast, for good, in late spring early summer of 2016, he will continue to be “our agent” and I am sure together we will find a place that my wife and I will call “home.” Rick and Lynne Bohan

I am so happy to tell you of my experience with Tony Boothby for my recent purchase. Tony could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable or pleasant to deal with. He listened carefully to what I was looking for. I found a house, put in an offer, but the seller then withdrew it from the market. Tony called me two days later to say another house had been listed in the same development. With his guidance, my offer was accepted. I cannot say enough about his service and professionalism. I would recommend him to anyone for their real estate needs.

Our realtor Tony Boothby was very trust worthy and supportive. We came down from Savannah three times and he was there each time to help us look for a house. We finally found a home which met all our needs, including a nice water lagoon view. Tony was excellent and even helped us after we moved in. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the way in which you handled the sale of my Southgate home. You were enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the neighborhood as well as positive about my home and its value. By listing at a reasonable price point, enough interest was generated that we ultimately sold the house for more than the list price.
