We engaged Stuart to help us with a purchase of a new condo as well as selling our current condo. Not only was Stuart the ultimate professional, he was also a caring person about what was best for my wife and I. My husband and I are happy to highly recommend Laura and Stuart Lawrence as realtors. They sold our house at asking price within 4 weeks. They made having open houses each week a priority and our buyer saw our house by stopping in to our open house. They are both charming and dynamic and a pleasure to be with. They know real estate and how to sell a house and negotiate the best deal for you. They were our advocates in getting us our best price so we couldn’t be more satisfied.
