We decided to list our condo for sale with Jamie. While we were waiting to sell our condo Jamie contacted us about an available condo that was just coming on the market. He knew that this was exactly what we were looking for, so we made an offer and became aggressive on selling our condo. While we were waiting for the closing, Jaime was able to sell our other property. He was even able to arrange closings on the same day for both units. We could not have been more pleased with the knowledge, professionalism and service of Jamie Styers and Rudy Dudon.

Rudy Dudon has just sold my apartment at the Palm Bay Club on Siesta Key and I wanted you to know what a pleasure it was working with him. He found a buyer 2 weeks after the apartment was put on the market which as you can imagine both amazed and delighted me. He was always available to answer my many questions and was extremely helpful throughout the selling process. If ever I wanted to buy or sell he would be the first person I called. I cannot recommend him more highly.

Along with finding the right property, we were looking for an agent that would focus on an investment unit that fit our budget and be responsive getting us information in a timely manner. One by one other agents fell by the wayside through not listening to our needs, not providing information requested or simply not responding. It was a pleasure to work with Rudy, as he excelled in all these areas. He has a great knowledge of the area and the ability to look at a property from an investment perspective.

Rudy is who I think of first and foremost when it comes to Siesta Key. He knows the Key like the back of his hand and would be the best option to buy or list your property. I have nothing but praise for our agent Rudy Dudon, from the get-go he went the extra mile. He was aware of the prime selling time and encouraged me to make the effort to ready the place for viewing. He made follow-up emails and calls to other agents who had shown our place. Most importantly, from our earliest conversations, he wanted to know our time frame and our needs. He made suggestions, but always worked with us. All of this teamwork paid off in our receiving an excellent offer, which culminated in our closing.

My wife and I partnered with your agent, Mr. Rudy Dudon. Rudy's professionalism in dealing with the other parties involved and his keen knowledge of the entire process we were involved in was the central factor that kept our two deals together. There were enumerable challenges and at numerous times, my wife and I thought for sure that it was over. Yet each time, Rudy engaged, and the problem was resolved to all parties' satisfaction. Rudy drove to Orlando to go over our goals, and assist us with completing and signing all the documentation. We had two goals: 1. Get us first in line for the property we are attempting to purchase; and 2. Sell our current property for a fair and reasonable amount; quick. We are currently under contract for our new home. Goals accomplished! How refreshing that a Realtor listens to your goals, develops a plan to meet those goals, and then executes that plan to perfection. We could not be happier!
