My wife and I live in Canada and we decided to purchase a condominium in Siesta Key. Through my wife’s friend we were connected with Rudy. Upon our first meeting I was pleasantly surprised as Rudy made no attempts to up sell us nor did he have any of the negative stereotypical salesperson traits. Rudy made us feel comfortable and as if we were in the company of a friend. Due to the fact that this was our first exposure to the US real estate market, we had a lot of questions all of which Rudy handled exceptionally. If he did not know the answer he looked into it and got back to us promptly. Rudy was able to secure us a condo on the beach for an amazing price and provided us with the support and knowledge that we needed. Even after the purchase Rudy has maintained contact with us and has let us know that we can still call upon him for any issue that we may need assistance with. I cannot provide a greater recommendation for Rudy and will not hesitate to refer him to family or friends and obviously we will be using him again in the future when the time comes.

It was our first time buying in the US. We are from Canada. Rudy helped alleviate our confusion and answered our many questions 24/7. If he didn't know the answer he looked into it and responded in a prompt manner. He is a great guy. Not a pushy saleman type which we appreciated. Continues to assist us even after the sale. Would highly recommend Rudy to family and friends. There would be no other choice for us.

Rudy was great! He took my preferences and lifestyle into consideration as I wasn't sure if I wanted a condo, home or new construction. He showed me all three! He provided great advice and guidance - telling me if he thought a property was priced appropriately, or if the HOA fees to high for my budget, or if the neighborhood was a fit. He came prepared with a folder of properties we were going to see and a pen for me to make notes. When I finally purchased a condo, Rudy was present for the home inspection and again for the walk through prior to closing. He offered his assistance after the closing by offering to coordinate some repair work on my behalf since I live out of town. From start to finish, I couldn't have asked for a better agent! I highly recommend Rudy!
