As difficult as we made it for Mark handling the purchase of the condo, he made it seem effortless for us. Michael Saunders was recommended to us, and I see why. Mark, and everyone at M.S. & Co., helped us to sell our mother's house, very quickly and for a very fair price. We live out of state, which left Mark (and colleague Peggy) to do everything on his own. Every step of the way he kept us in the loop, and walked us through some problems and surprises with absolute professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness. He went above and beyond in coordinating the clean-out and clean-up without us, and every recommendation he offered was on the money. I can't recommend Mark, and Michael Saunders & Company, highly enough.
