It is with pleasure and gratitude that we share comments on our experience with Mark Boehmig, Michael Saunders Realty, in the listing and sale of our home. My husband was transferred out of state and had to report for duty very early in the process. We met Mark at an open house when we were just beginning to think about selling our condo and purchasing a home. Some time later when we did decide to move forward we both remembered Mark and both felt we would feel comfortable working with him. The process to list our condo went very smoothly. Mark worked with a good photographer who took amazing video and photos showing our condo off beautifully. At the same time, Mark took us out to look at homes to purchase. We spent most of a day with him but ended up purchasing a for sale by owner home. Even though there was no commission for him, he kindly offered to answer any other questions we had. Our condo went under contract within about a week of listing. We recommend Mark highly and would definitely work with him again if the need arose.

Mark is the BEST! We moved across country from Michigan to Florida and the entire experience with Mark was amazing. He really put in a lot of effort helping us find the perfect house, listening to what was important for our family situation and new lifestyle desires. Once we found our house Mark literally took care of everything for us - from making sure we weren't overpaying for our house, negotiating our deal, lining up our inspection, getting quotes from contractors on inspection items, and more. We've dealt with many realtors and Mark was hands down THE BEST experience we have ever had buying a house. We highly recommend Mark and will use him for our future needs.

Mark earns a Five Star "Excellent" rating based on his real estate knowledge and personal integrity. We benefited greatly from his knowledge of the real estate market in the Bradenton area. Mark was an awesome agent who was very patient with us and worked with my wife and I buying a new home in Bradenton. He always kept us up to date and sending us listings even though It took several months to sell our house in Tampa. He was always available 7 days per week to show us places that we were interested in on short notice. Mark is extremely nice and definitely knows the business and I would recommend Mark to anyone who needs a real estate agent.

I worked with Mark finding a new home and was very satisfied with his knowledge of what was available. Mark was wonderful! He was diligent and attentive. He had all the right things to say and moves to make. We had a quick sale at a great price.
