Karen was amazing. She was the third agent we worked with and she was so much better than her predecessors in every way. She marketed our house perfectly and used avenues others did not. I have been communicating with Karen for several months. She has set up numerous searches for me and answered i dont know how many emails. And then last week my wife and I finally were able to make a trip down from southwestern VA and Karen had a full day of activites planned for us. All of her communications have been prompt and informative. There were a very few times when she couldnt return an email and even then she would send me a quick note saying that she was busy with other clients and she would ALWAYS get back to me the next day.
