From our very first family meeting it was clear that Karen Brown was a consummate, experienced,and successful real estate professional. She knew her market, had a keen eye for property details and immediately understood what minor upgrades our 26 y/o house needed to be competitive. Karen and her team put us in touch w/ all the required contractors and supervised their work for us. Once complete, an outstanding MLS listing was created including a virtual online tour that was both creative and inviting. Showings were immediately booked and the house was under contract in less than 2 weeks. Karen and her team remained in constant contact w/ us in subsequent weeks providing valuable and critically effective negotiating advice as the buyers worked through their inspections and financing issues. We were initially concerned that selling a home w/ us living out-of-state would be a logistical nightmare. Five stars is not enough. One could not find a better person to guide you to your new home She is very knowledgeable and made the process very easy for us. We were unfamiliar with the area and she patiently spent time and effort in helping us make the right choice. She listened to and understood what we wanted and quickly elimated the sites that would not suit our needs. She did not try to push into making a decision. A wonderful experience, thank you.

Karen was very responsive to our questions and very good at understanding what we wanted. After telling her what we were looking for, on our first look at condominiums, we found what we were looking for and purchased. Karen made the selling process seamless, by giving us her advise and direction.

After having worked with numerous real estate agents over thirty plus years of buying homes it is easy to say that Karen Brown is the hardest working most professional agent we have ever met.
