I have had the pleasure of working with Dana as we begin the search for our new home in Sarasota. Having owned a business for many years I always appreciated when a client would take the time to recognize one of our employees who services they valued. As humans sometimes we will take the time to complain but not the time to praise. Dana is professional but approachable; she is very knowledgeable about the Sarasota market; most importantly I value her integrity.

Recently my husband and I made a decision to purchase a second home in Sarasota. As with most major life changes we ran the gamete of emotions from fear to doubt. Fortunately we encountered a real estate agent who possessed not only qualities related to her field, but also so many other personal qualities. Dana Westmark was that person, she listened, processed, and produced properties that suited our wants and needs. She was tireless in her efforts to show us properties that were real options for us.
