Wow !!! On a vendu notre maison de Sarasota uniquement grâce à notre extraordinaire agent immobilier Maurice Ménager de l'équipe à mr. Linn Dunn chez Michael Sounders Realtors. Quel agent et quelle Équipe ... en français de surplus !!!. Que vous vendiez un immeuble $200 000 ou $ 5 000 000 vous recevez exactement le même service exceptionnel. Souper accompagné par nos agents à la signature du contrat de courtage au resto 4 fourchettes dans le vieux Sarasota , paphlet publicitaire de votre maison en papier cartonné plastifié, cartes postales de votre maison à vendre, photos et vidéo par un professionnel, journée open house pour tous les agents du secteur avec grand motorisé d'accueil sur place pour goûter , etc. Pendant que nous étions sur le marché nous avons subi d'importants dommages causés par l'ouragan Hermine et l'année d'ensuite par l'ouragan Harvey. Même si nous avons dû sortir notre offre de vente du marché, notre agent d'immeuble Maurice Ménager se rendait régulièrement à notre maison pour voir l'avancée des travaux de restauration et nous envoyer ensuite au Québec des photos pour nous tenir au courant. Il nous a suggéré même suggéré des travaux d'amélioration intérieur et des nouveaux électro ménagers ( sic) plus tendances, conseils que nous avons suivi naturellement. Il nous a référé à une comptable pour la gestion de nos taxes et impôts américains après vente ( en français !). Etc. etc. etc... ( j'en aurais encore pour plus d'une page d'exemples de son service exceptionnel). Je suis avocat et j'ai beaucoup de dossiers en matière de vente immobilière au Québec . Je peux vous assurer que plusieurs courtiers d' ici devraient s'inspirer du professionnalisme, de la disponibilité et de la rigueur que fournit notre agent Maurice Ménager et ce c'est sans compter son sourire, son amabilité, sa gentillhommerie et son effort contant d'en faire plus dans votre intérêt. La Côte ouest de la Floride est ultra chanceuse d'avoir un tel agent d'immeuble . Merci et encore merci. We had a wonderful experience with all people at the agency in Siesta Key and specially with Mr Maurice Menager. He is very professionnal. He knows very well the market and was able to help us on all the aspects during our search for apartment. We also appreciated his availability, his seriousness and always with kindness. As we are French, it was not easy to understand specificities. He knew how to explain us all the important points, to answer all our questions and to help us for the contract. Maurice, Linn and Linda of the Dunn team are exceptional! Everyone of them have different strengths, and they let each other exercise their strengths, and work together as a team. From open houses, brokers open houses, to brokers cocktail get togethers at our home job number one was to get our home sold. These people did in 90 days what the big name could not do in over a year. They paid attention to every detail, and went so far above what they said they would do, I was constantly amazed by the entire team. First you have Maurice, The Refined one, who always keeps his composure and I do not think has ever uttered a swear word. Then you have Linda who is always out shaking the bushes for a new listing or customer, or to get a listing or getting a home sold. Then you have Linn, The Negotiator, He is the one who makes reality happen. He knows what the home is worth and is going to get as close as possible for it, and at the same time tell you honestly exactly what his thoughts are with NO pressure. They should re-name their team to the DONE Team, because if they list your home they will get the job DONE quickly and efficiently, and with the least amount of stress on the seller. When you list your home with them you are actually getting a piece of them, they all work so diligently to get the job done, and finishing second is not an option with this team. Beside the fact that they are incredibly ethical, they are all wonderful human beings, and I consider them friends not just business associates. If you want to get the job DONE hire the Best , THE DUNN TEAM, you will NOT be sorry.

Bonjour, Après avoir fait des recherches sur internet, nous sommes tombés sur le lien de l'agence Michael Sanders.Nous avons été mis en contact avec Mr Maurice Ménager . J'ai fait affaire en immobilier en France, au Canada et maitenant en Floride et s'il y a bien un agent à vous recommander c'est Maurice. Il connaît son métier sur le bout des doigts, les styles de maisons les quartiers les rentabilités etc... La meilleure expérience de ma vie dans l'achat d'une maison à Venice ( floride) on ne peut trouver mieux. Toujours présent et d'une réactivité hors du commun . Je mets un AAA++++ à Maurice et en souhaitant faire d'autres affaires avec lui.
